Introduction
This guitar is already listed in the 1981-1982 Ghost In The Machine Tour program. In One Train Later remembers that he paid US$500 for it around the same time he got his red 1961 Fender Stratocaster... Apparently someone from the George Gruhn store in Nashville brought it to him on a freezing morning at 8:00AM when The Police were about to leave Nashville - driving to Arizona in a van...
(this doesn't quite fit anywhere in the band's schedule...)
Andy Summers used it in the Wrapped Around Your Finger TV peformance on 1983-07-14.
It's also featured on the 1987-02 Making Music magazine cover.
