• Andy first flies to Bangkok, Thailand (One Train Later p.287) - then Andy & Danny Quatrochi visit India (Calcutta) and Nepal (Katmandu) and India again (Delhi) (One Train Later pp.288ff / Police File No. 12) - then London, then Ireland
