Introduction
Andy Summers owned several Hamer Sunburst guitars. A red one was his second guitar on stage for the European concerts in the summer of 1979.
He also used it right afterwards to record Reggatta de Blanc at Surrey Sound Studios.
A sunburst Sunburst was played on 1979-11-09 - he might have received it that day.
Another red one with crown inlays was played at the Don Kirshner TV show on 1980-02-06 and used for the So Lonely video.
