PoliceWiki exists as part of policefans.org, a domain owned and maintained by sockii since January 2008.
This domain exists as one of seven that sockii hosts, as part of a plan which she pays out of pocket at a cost of $119.40 a year, plus the cost of $9.95/year to register each domain (with the exception of one of those domains which is an official fanwebsite which pays for its portion of hosting usage).
policefans.org does not currently accept nor employ advertisements and will only consider doing so, or accepting financial donations, if the demand on the hosting plan begins to require overage costs.
