After a morning spent at home [[Stewart Copeland]] drives to [[Sting]]'s place. They go ice skating with [[Frances Tomelty]]. When [[Andy Summers]] and his wife arrive at [[Sting]]'s place they decide to go out for an Indian meal and then "Saturday Night Fever". Back at home Stewart worked on a rough tune with his Revox machine.
