In a 2003 interview with Chris Salewicz Sting remembers seeing Curved Air support The Who at The Mayfair Ballroom in Newcastle, England, UK.

Not every member of The Who actually turned up. They got lost in the fog and their concert was rescheduled to December 15. But Curved Air played today, although years before Stewart Copeland joined.
