Introduction

"Beggars Banquet" started as a label of independent record stores in 1977, soon becoming a record label in. It's probably there that The Police rehearsed for one day only - on 1978-03-03 (as they were changing their steady rehearsal room from La Starza Palace to Sounds Alright at the time).
