[[Stewart Copeland]] arrives at [[Trident Studios]] at 11:15am. He cuts Klark Kent songs there until [[Sting]] and [[Andy Summers]] arrive with new mixes of [[Roxanne]]. They cut off a copy tape and work on the much easier [[Peanuts]]. Stewart goes to the office and then returns to finally cut the "Moors Murderers" songs. He drives to [[A&M]] and then home. Stewart meets [[Sonja Kristina]] and other friends at "Country Cousins" (?) for a terrible show of "Gay Brown".

Stewart Copeland spends the first part of the day at home on the telephone. He leaves the house at 04:00pm and picks up 300 The Police posters and 500 Klark Kent posters. After a dinner at home with Sonja he sees "The Soft Boys" supported by "The Breaks" at The Nashville Room. He leaves posters at Sting 's place.
