Band history

Harry Williamson wrote the song Nuclear Waste to raise money for the 1978 antinuclear campaign. He recorded this song and the B-side "Digital Love" with various musicians under the project name "Fast Breeder And The Radio Actors" (which was not a real band). The 1st 500 run edition of the single on Virgin Records was quickly sold out. Later editions listed the band's name as The Radio Actors only, omiting the "Fast Breeder" bit.
