On October 10, 2006, Andy Summers appeared at the Barnes & Noble bookstore at 6th Avenue & 22nd Street in New York City to promote his book One Train Later. Andy read selected passages from the book, held a short Q&A session, and signed copies of the book for those in attendance.

Earlier in the day, he made two radio appearances as well. He appeared on both MTV Radio and The Radio Chick show on WFNY FM.
