According to Broken Music today (the day after the recording session at Pathway Studios) Last Exit discuss publishing details with Carol Wilson in London, England, UK. In the afternoon she tells the band that there's no record contract with Virgin, but encourages them to sign the publishing contract after having it checked by a lawyer.
If the discussion was early enough there was plenty of time to get back to Newcastle for their usual Gosforth Hotel performance.
